Secure property records
Each property is added to the secure Client Services portal alongside tenant contact details and the information needed to manage it properly.
Clear maintenance updates
After a job is completed, you receive an email notification. Invoices are uploaded so there is a clear record of what has been done and when.
No contractor mark-ups
Contractor charges are passed along without added fees or mark-ups. Central Gate Estates Management and its contractors are fully insured.
Management-only pricing
A yearly fixed rate.

1 & 2 bedroom properties
