What documents are normally needed?
The exact requirements depend on your circumstances. We will explain what is needed before referencing begins; this may include identity, proof of income or funds, right-to-rent information and previous accommodation details.
When do I pay the deposit?
The amount and payment timing are confirmed before you sign the tenancy. We will also explain the relevant deposit protection arrangements for the property.
How long does moving in take?
There is no single timeline for every property. After the landlord approves the application and referencing and paperwork are complete, we confirm the expected move-in date and the remaining handover steps.
