Why it started
A better answer to a familiar frustration.
After nearly two decades in the industry, Claire Bruce, co-founder of Central Gate Estates, became disillusioned with the service provided by traditional management companies, letting agencies and estate agents.
Her frustrations included excessive commission rates, poor customer service and a lack of genuine care after deals were finalised.
Central Gate Estates was created around a more consistent, transparent, proactive and honest way of working.
