Why it started
A better answer to a familiar frustration.
After nearly two decades in property, Claire Bruce had seen how a deal could be completed while the relationship around it became distant. Central Gate Estates grew from that experience: a more consistent, transparent and human way to look after property.
Her frustrations included excessive commission rates, poor customer service and a lack of genuine care after deals were finalised.
